All financial transactions are processed securely through Stripe. Ugym ERP is not liable for failures in localized banking systems or unauthorized transactions resulting from compromised payment methods.
Member data remains the property of the gym organization. However, by using the service, you grant Ugym ERP a non-exclusive right to use anonymized, aggregated data to improve our global AI churn-prediction models and fitness engagement engines.
Gym administrators are solely responsible for the management of staff roles and the revocation of access for former employees. Ugym ERP is not responsible for unauthorized data access resulting from negligent role management.
